    Washington – Chehalis School District

Through analysis and change management redirected $1.3 million annually in technology spending to be significantly more focused on teaching and learning for a mid-size district. These changes, and the significant increase in the use of technology by teachers and students, directly supported successful outcomes related to the district’s strategic objectives.

    Washington – Renton School District

Provided a comprehensive safety & security analysis, recommendation and execution plan for a large school district. Recommended improvements to processes, policies and organizational structure generated improvements related to the district’s effectiveness in the areas of student and staff safety as well as overall district security.

U.S. Department of Education – United States Open e-Learning Consortium

Demonstrated $1.2 million in annual savings for state departments of education by designing and implementing processes, data management and software for the sharing of high-stakes assessment items. This solution shared items across districts throughout multiple states and included the alignment of these items to individual state and district learning standards.
